Getting started

Add your first property and unit, invite a tenant from a lease, and set up rent collection.

Tenants pay by bank (ACH, no surcharge) or card. ACH settles to your bank in about 2–3 business days.

Per-unit pricing with a monthly credit — clear your threshold and the subscription is free. Your first month is always on us.

Tenants submit requests that are AI-triaged for urgency, likely cause, and cost, then tracked to resolution.

Sign in and ask Marlo in support mode. If Marlo can't resolve it, we'll connect you with our support team — usually within 24 hours.
