Getting started
Add your first property and unit, invite a tenant from a lease, and set up rent collection.
Rent collection
Tenants pay by bank (ACH, no surcharge) or card. ACH is a bank transfer, so it isn't instant — Stripe settles the funds and pays them out to your bank after the tenant pays, and a newly connected payout account's first payout is held longer while Stripe verifies it. Exact timing is set by Stripe and your bank, not by TameRent.
Billing
Per-unit pricing with a monthly credit: clear your threshold and your subscription is credited to $0 that month. Your first billing month is $0.
Maintenance
Tenants submit requests that are AI-triaged for urgency, likely cause, and cost, then tracked to resolution.
